What precautions should be taken while measuring NI expenditure method?

Following are the precautions to be made

a)  The expenditure made on 2nd hand goods should not be included

b) similarly expenditure made on financial transaction like purchase of share should not be included

c) Government expenditure on transfer payments should be included

d) To avoid double counting only expenditure on final goods and services is to be included.
