HiMy name is Sid.I am planning to purchase a Flat worth 1.5 Cr where the White & and the Black component are as following:-White:- 70 LacsBlack:- 80 LacsThe problem I an facing is that, I have all funds in white.So I will have to convert my 80 white into black.My Question is that, suppose if I sell the flat in the next 6-12 months, can I still deposit the black money recieved into my accounts from where it was withdrawn and claim it as white.
