It is the indication or letting the offeree know about offer. An offer has no legal effect unless it is communicated to the other party. An offer can be communicated by any act or ommission of the offerror by which he intends to communicate it. It may also be communicated by any act or omission of the offeror which has the effect of communicating it. In simple words, the offer can be communicated in any way which has the effect of laying before the offeree, the offeror's willingness to do or abstain from doing something. Thus an offer can be communicated by words, spoken or written or by conduct.
